The Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) and Los Angeles Motor Scale (LAMS) are included to record information about the participant's/ subject's neurological impairment prior to being admitted at a hospital. (Examples of CDEs included: Level of EMS Service; Pre-hospital stroke identification screen; and Pre-hospital neurological impairment scale)
